Tell Congress to Make Robust PBM Reform a Priority as They Return from August Recess
As Congress returns to Washington from their August recess, urge legislators to make robust PBM reform a top priority!

In recent months, thousands of patients have sent messages to Congress voicing support for PBM reform, and during the August recess, many legislators visited a pharmacy and got an in-person look at the urgent need for PBM reform. So, what’s next?

This fall, Congress will have multiple opportunities to pass robust PBM reform by including it in a larger legislative package- such as a government funding bill, the National Defense Authorization Act, potentially the Farm Bill, or a potential end of year health package with “must pass” provisions. A year end health package is the best chance for PBM reform.

This is the time to be the squeaky wheel and ensure Congress does not lose site of the importance of passing PBM reform.  Keep this issue at the forefront by calling or emailing your legislators TODAY, AND EVERYDAY, and urge them to immediately act on PBM reform!
