Tell Congress: Stop the Dismantling of the U.S. Department of Education
The Trump Administration has announced plans to dismantle the U.S. Department of Education and disperse its statutorily obligated responsibilities—including the implementation and oversight of Title I and other key grant programs—to other federal agencies. This restructuring could weaken the federal government's role in ensuring a coordinated, accountable, and equitable public education system. It jeopardizes the integrity of programs that support all students and improve community outcomes. Congress must intervene.

Tell your members of Congress to reject any legislation that enables the Administration's plan, and urge them to protect the Department of Education and its key role in supporting students, families, public schools, and school mental health professionals.
