Federal – Support Protecting Patient Access to Cancer and Complex Therapies Act (H.R.4299)
Contact your members of Congress and urge them to cosponsor the Protecting Patient Access to Cancer and Complex Therapies Act (H.R.4299), which would ensure adequate reimbursement for physician administered drugs selected under the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

This legislation would:

  • Stabilize physician add-on payments for Part B drugs selected under the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program
  • Remove physicians from the middle of government price negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers
