KID's Online Safety Act Passes U.S. Senate on to the House
I am a constituent in your state, and I am writing to make sure you are aware that the Senate PASSED the Kids Online Safety Act (S.1409) with 91 Senators voting in favor. KOSA is the most comprehensive child protection bill pending in Congress today. America's children need you to cosponsor and support the Kids Online Safety Act!

There is irrefutable evidence that Big Tech is endangering America’s youth. Online safety is impossible without Congress’s intervention. Our children cannot wait one more day, let alone one more congressional session, to be protected online.

KOSA empowers minors and their parents to stop children from being exposed to these dangers online.

Big Tech has not done enough and seems unwilling to do what is necessary to protect our children from harmful life-changing behaviors, child sexual predators, and human traffickers.

KOSA has widespread national support, with over 200 national, state, and local organizations supporting the Kids Online Safety Act, and the bill has 69 Senate Cosponsors. The time is now: Congress must pass KOSA to protect our youth. There are no more excuses.

Please join us to be a champion for America’s Youth. Please cosponsor and encourage Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers to mark up KOSA in the House Energy & Commerce Committee.

Please work to advance and pass KOSA the Kids Online Safety Act (H.R.7891)
