An anti-transgender legislative hearing is scheduled for tomorrow, January 10, 2025, at the Montana State Capitol Room 137 at 8:00AM. House Bill 121 seeks to prohibit transgender individuals from using multiple-occupancy bathrooms and changing facilities in public buildings, including schools, businesses, libraries, and hospitals. This bill would also permit individuals to sue transgender people or those who allow them entry into these facilities. Trans people and people of all genders deserve safety, dignity, and respect.
