Activist judges are opposing the President's agenda. Many entertain frivolous lawsuits and issue injunctions and stays against the administration. Congress can push back on these runaway courts by limiting their reach. Send a message to your elected members of Congress and encourage them to pass legislation that pushes back against activist judges who are overreaching their authority.

I am your constituent.  I'm concerned about the growing activism I am seeing in our courts. Right now, there are over 125 lawsuits against the current administration, using lawfare as a tool for activists. These runaway courts need correction or we will see our nation in a further constitutional crisis. 

As a member of Congress, you have the power to legislate the reach of the district courts who are making rulings beyond their jurisdiction and impacting the nation. The courts are not above the other branches of government and are subject to checks and balances. I urge you to bring these rogue courts in line--we are a Constitutional republic, not a judicial oligarchy.  Please know I am praying for you as you make decisions for our state and our nation!
