Access to Affordable Insulin for North Dakotans
Please ask your member of the House of Representatives to support HB 1114. This legislation would continue to cap out-of-pocket costs for insulin and diabetes supplies at $25 for a 30-day supply for North Dakotans with public employee health plans (legislation passed in the 2023 session) and would expand the cap to North Dakotans with state-regulated commercial health insurance.
