Support the Childhood Cancer Package

In January, Congress has the opportunity to pass the most influential childhood cancer legislation in a decade. These two bills, which we call the “Childhood Cancer Package” include the Accelerating Kids’ Access to Care Act (H.R. 1509/S. 752) and the Mikaela Naylon Give Kids a Chance Act (H.R. 1262). The package will ensure that children with cancer get the timely care that they need.

Both bills were also included in the bipartisan negotiated health package at the 118th Congress. But unfortunately, the package never received a vote.

Both bills also passed the House of Representatives this year, either as part of a larger bill or on its own. But neither have crossed the finish line.

Please join us in asking Congress to prioritize the needs of children with cancer by including the “Childhood Cancer Package” in any January spending package, before the current CR runs out on January 31st, 2026.
