New Jersey needs and must have a state Parental Rights Policy codified into law.
The Parental Rights Policy says:
This is an excellent policy passed by a local school district in the state of New Jersey. The Center for Garden State Families believes that this policy should be codified in state law and perhaps be added to the New Jersey State Constitution as a constitutional amendment.
In June of this year 2025 the Supreme Court of the United States decided in Mahmoud v. Taylor, with a 6–3 decision, the court granted the Muslim, Jewish, and Christian parents’ request for an injunction protecting their right to opt their children out of instruction on gender and sexuality that violates their religious convictions, ruling that the parents were likely to succeed on the merits.
New Jersey parents of Christian, Jewish, and Muslim faiths deserve the same privileges under the law and the same protections for their children. The Center for Garden State Families acknowledges that there are no replicated scientific studies supporting any specific biologic etiology for anything LGBTQIA – XYZ plus plus plus.
