The DDH Compact strengthens licensure portability, improves information sharing among state boards to better protect consumers, and increases access to care for patients — all while preserving state control over professional regulations.
The ADHA fully supports AB 143, and we need your help to get it across the finish line! The Assembly Committee on Commerce and Labor is holding a critical hearing tomorrow, Friday, March 21, 2025 — and we need dental hygienists to show up and speak out! We’re asking members to testify in person at the Nevada State Legislature in Carson City or the Grant Sawyer State Office Building in Las Vegas — or call in remotely to show support!
Nevada has a chance to expand access to quality dental care and strengthen our workforce — but we need your voice to make it happen. Legislators need to hear directly from dental hygienists about how AB 143 will benefit both the profession and our patients.
Take action today — show up, speak out, and make a difference!
