Stop New York State from Mandating Project Labor Agreements on State Funded Projects
The New York State legislature, both Democrats and Republicans, are looking to tilt the playing field toward their union campaign donors. Legislation has been introduced that would mandate PLAs on public construction projects. That’s simply unacceptable.
