Tell Your Senators To Oppose Sen. Hawley’s Anti-Worker PRO Act Framework
On Jan. 10, Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., announced a labor policy legislative framework that includes sections of the Protecting the Right to Organize Act and the Warehouse Worker Protection Act, including ABC-opposed language on ambush elections, banning so-called captive audience meetings, binding arbitration and government interference in private contracts. Sen. Hawley plans to introduce his framework as five separate bills: Delivering Transparency in the Workplace; Holding Abusive Employers Accountable; Making Union Elections Fair and Timely; Supporting Initial Union Contracts; and Boosting Penalties for Unfair Treatment.

On Feb. 6, the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace and 42 employer organizations sent a letter to the full U.S. Senate urging they reject the policies contained in Sen. Hawley’s anti-worker legislative framework.

We urge you to contact your senators and tell them to reject Sen. Hawley’s labor policy framework!
