Oppose NYC Council Intro 910 – Protect Affordable Housing and Local Construction Workers
Make your voice heard! The New York City Council is considering passing Intro 910, which would have the following impact on affordable housing projects: 

  • Establish strict community hiring requirements
  • Create a $40 per hour minimum pay rate for workers on these projects with a $25 per hour benefits package
  • Mandates the Comptroller increase the compensation rates each year
  • Creates extensive reporting and record-keeping requirements for contractors & developers.
