The New York State Legislature is advancing a bill in the final week of the legislative session that will mandate the payment of prevailing wages for all work done on or by an offsite prefabrication facility. The legislature just updated the bill mandating employers continue to pay their employees prevailing wage for an entire year after the initial project. Supporters of the bill are pushing to get this bill done before the END OF THE WEEK.

Applying prevailing wages will drive this industry out of the state, costing thousands of jobs statewide.  Please join our efforts to block this proposal by sending the following letter to the Governor and your elected officials.
