Stop PLAs From Being Mandated on SUNY Construction
Dear ABC Member, 

The New York State legislature included a proposal in the proposed state budget to mandate Project Labor Agreements on State University Construction Fund construction over $3 million. This law will apply to most SUNY construction!!

We don’t have to explain the importance of blocking this to you. If it is included in the state budget, ABC members will be blocked from working on SUNY projects. 

We need to ensure that your elected officials hear from you about how bad this proposal is. Please take a moment to send the following letter to your elected officials and the Governor to remove this harmful proposal from the final budget deal.
