Zotec Partner’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Industry Liaison, Ed Gaines, was awarded the 2024 Global Achievement Award from the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA). This award recognizes an RBMA member’s outstanding contribution of time and talent to the organization. Ed was selected as the recipient of this award for his continued dedication to educating the RBMA community on the No Surprises Act (NSA).  

In his role at Zotec, Ed advises Zotec’s hospital-based and multispecialty clients on healthcare regulatory issues including reimbursement policy, out-of-network (OON) federal and state laws, Medicare and Medicaid programs, health plan payer issues, advocacy, and updates on the No Surprises Act (NSA).
