Dear IUEC Member,

Please utilize the provided link on right hand side of screen to contact members of the New Jersey General Assembly to ask them to vote against legislation that would significantly weaken the New Jersey Elevator Mechanic license and make elevators in New Jersey less safe. The current NJ elevator license law allows for reciprocal licenses from states with the same requirements as NJ.  We do not need to allow people from other states with lower licensing standards to come to NJ and undermine our jobs.
