Protect Access to Propane Appliances!
The Pennsylvania Legislature is considering legislation that would prevent state agencies and local governments from prohibiting or restricting access to indoor and outdoor appliances based solely upon the type of energy the appliance uses to operate.

House Bill 515 would provide legal protections for consumer access to propane-powered appliances and equipment used in building applications, including those used for space heating, water heating, clothes drying, and cooking, as well as outdoor heaters and grills. Across the country, these applications are under attack from electrification proponents.

In Pennsylvania, residential and commercial sales represent 77% of all propane sold. These accounts provide the bedrock demand marketers rely on.

Ask your state representatives to support House Bill 515 today!
