Ask Congress to Preserve Apple Health & Medicaid

It’s up to Congressmen in Central and Eastern Washington, to protect health care, disability services, and long-term care for the more than 500,000 Central and Eastern Washingtonians who rely on Apple Health and Medicaid.

Congressman Dan Newhouse and Congressman Michael Baumgartner are critical votes. Congress is on the path to cut health care for older adults, people with cancer, pregnant women, and people with developmental disabilities. More than half of Central and Eastern Washington's children depend on Apple Health and Medicaid.

Take action now and ask your Congressman to continue to be a champion for Central and Eastern Washington’s families, economy, and small businesses by preserving Apple Health.

Apple Health and Medicaid:

  • Prevent medical debt & bankruptcy

  • Keeps jobs in our communities
  • Supports the most vulnerable members of our community: older adults, people with developmental disabilities, and children.
  • Provides health care and medications to children, older adults, pregnant women, veterans, and people with cancer, diabetes, disabilities and other serious health issues
  • Supports local access to health care services
