Urge Congress to support the SAFE Banking Act

The gap in how federal and state law treat cannabis businesses continues to be a challenge for banking state-licensed businesses. 

Congress has a chance to bridge this gap by passing the SAFE Banking Act  (S. 4942/H.R. 9471), legislation that would allow banks to serve cannabis-related businesses if their state has legalized cannabis in some capacity. 

Reach out to your Senators and Representative today and ask them to support the SAFE Banking Act.
