What the Bill Does:
✔ Creates a competitive grant program to fund high-impact service providers;
✔ Expands allowable uses of the Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention Fund to invest in survivor resources;
✔ Funds trauma-informed care including shelter, counseling, legal assistance, job training, childcare, and basic needs;
✔ Implements reporting, monitoring, and accountability to maximize public impact;
✔ Includes an annual evaluation to guide future policy decisions.
