Support Survivors, Strengthen Services — Back Oklahoma Senate Bill 1379
Senate Bill 1379 establishes a two-year pilot grant program administered by the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General to support nonprofit organizations that provide direct services to adult survivors of sexual and labor trafficking.

What the Bill Does:

✔ Creates a competitive grant program to fund high-impact service providers;
✔ Expands allowable uses of the Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention Fund to invest in survivor resources;
✔ Funds trauma-informed care including shelter, counseling, legal assistance, job training, childcare, and basic needs;
✔ Implements reporting, monitoring, and accountability to maximize public impact;
✔ Includes an annual evaluation to guide future policy decisions.

Survivors of human trafficking face profound barriers to recovery — from finding safe housing to accessing healthcare and economic stability. SB 1379 invests in proven, compassionate community partners and ensures survivors in every corner of Oklahoma can access life-changing support.

Tell your representatives to support SB 1379 and help build a stronger safety net for survivors.
