The Educational Choice for Children Act (ECCA), was re-introduced in the 119th Congress. It is legislation to expand education freedom and opportunity for students. 

This bill gives parents the freedom to choose the best educational path for their children, accessing scholarships for tuition, books and supplies for public school, private school or homeschooling. 

This funding would come from annual tax credits available to taxpayers to fund scholarship awards for students to cover expenses related to K-12 public and private education.  

The sponsors of the bill propose an estimated two million students in K-12 public, private or homeschool, will benefit from the ECCA.

The Educational Choice for Children Act has received endorsement from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
