Robust funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Health Resources and Services Administration and other programs that address ongoing public health needs is critical to maintaining and improving the nation's public health system. Unfortunately, the House of Representatives is moving forward with a partisan continuing resolution for the rest of the fiscal year rather than allowing bipartisan negotiators to continue their efforts to finalize a FY 2025 Labor-HHS-Education appropriations bill that fully supports key public health agencies and programs. 

Take the time to contact your members of Congress and urge them to prioritize public health funding in fiscal year 2025.
