Congressional action is needed to support ongoing U.S funding for global health and humanitarian assistance. Without the food, clean water, shelter, and medical care these resources provide, the people of Ukraine, Gaza, and other places facing dire crises will face even greater suffering. The needs right now are unprecedented — approximately 360 million people around the world need humanitarian assistance to survive.
To save lives, we must fund improvements to health facilities, deliveries of medical supplies and support for the frontline health workers caring for their communities under the most difficult circumstances. Project HOPE is actively working to save lives in Ukraine, Haiti, Sudan and communities around the world, but we cannot do this alone.
U.S. leadership has played a critical role in global challenges, saving millions of lives. Please ask your representatives in Congress to continue the funding needed for these programs and other critical humanitarian needs.
