U.S. Senators Bob Casey (D-PA) and Mike Braun (R-IN) have introduced the PACE Anytime Act. The bill eliminates the requirement that new participants may only enroll in PACE on the first of the month, which is one of NPA's policy priorities and one of the most significant barriers to PACE enrollment. NPA applauds the Senators' efforts to address this significant impediment to PACE enrollment so that older adults and their families may access PACE as quickly as possible.
