North Carolina's shared parenting bill, SB 162, is currently stuck in the Rules & Operations Committee with no hearing scheduled. The bill needs to be heard and acted upon before the end of April or it will die and North Carolina will lose out on its chance to give the children of North Carolina shared parenting in 2025. Please use the form to let the Rules & Operations Committee know that SB 162 needs to be heard and that our kids need to have both their parents in their lives.
