After having passed the House via bipartisan vote, menu labeling legislation has been unable to move forward in the Senate. We need your help to move this important legislation forward! S. 261,, the Common Sense Nutrition Disclosure Act, is bipartisan legislation that would provide relief and common sense fixes to those supermarkets (20 or more locations operating under the same banner and offering similar menu items for sale) that are covered under the FDA Chain Restaurant Menu Labeling law. The menu labeling regulations go into effect on May 7, 2018.
