Protect Lottery in Convenience Stores
A recent report indicates Foxwoods and DraftKings have reached an agreement paving the way for Connecticut to legalize sports betting.  This could make online lottery a reality in the state.  The CT legislature has said if it does sports betting, then it will be part of a large gaming bill including online lottery.  A conflict between the Tribes, other casino operators and online sports betting platforms has held this up for years, but now that an agreement seemst to have been reached, online lottery is more likely than ever.

We need to notify legislators that unless certain protections are in place, brick and mortar retailers stand to lose a great deal of business if the Connecticut Lottery is allowed to put its games online.
