The House Health Committee has advanced a bill criminalizing abortion, even in extreme circumstances.
Currently, West Virginia's archaic crime of abortion is unenforceable after our legal teams secured an injunction in Kanawha County Circuit Court last week. But that could all change.
We also need for all of you to pack the Capitol tomorrow, Wednesday, July 27. Go in person – this is no time to be shy, and don't hesitate to share your feelings.
