Demographic Survey Starting January 1, 2025 & HELMS Reminders

Starting January 1, 2025, anyone applying for or renewing their current credential is required by RCW 18.130.042 to complete the healthcare professionals’ demographic survey for each credential and at every renewal.  More information is available on the demographic data survey page, including FAQs and a link to the survey (starting January 1, 2025). Current licensees who renew before January 1, 2025, will complete the survey at their next (and all future) renewals. 

As a reminder, the upgraded licensing and credentialing system, HELMS, will launch on February 19, 2025. Anyone applying or renewing online through HELMS will be prompted to complete the survey as part of that process. Those choosing to use paper applications and forms will need to complete the survey through the above link.
