Among the many harmful provisions of this legislation, it could open the door to coordinated attacks on ballots after they’re cast, threatening to throw out lawful votes and undermine our free and fair elections.

House Bill 958 would harm North Carolinians by putting in place insidious voter restrictions and election changes, such as:
allowing more coordinated challenges of eligible votes even after Election Day
cutting early voting in primaries
allowing changes that make our elections more partisan
threatening popular safeguards — and much, much more.
The people of North Carolina have had enough. It’s time to defeat House Bill 958 for good and protect free and fair elections for all voters in North Carolina. Add your voice!
