At the end of 2024, Congress passed a Continuing Resolution (CR) funding the federal government through March 14th. Included in this was a 3-month extension of current Medicare telehealth flexibilities, through March 31, 2025.  We are quickly approaching this deadline-- your Members of Congress need to hear from you to ensure they prioritize a longer-term telehealth extension with critical fixes to RHC policy, eliminating G2025 and allowing RHCs to receive payment parity for telehealth encounters, like non-safety-net providers currently receive.
