H.R. 6683 is bipartisan legislation that would provide the full funding needed to prevent cuts to providers paid under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS). NARA is advocating with other provider groups including our sister associations and the American Medical Association to ask Congress to include H.R. 6683 in the upcoming legislative package. On January 1, 2024, dozens of providers, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathologist practitioners have received a 3.37% cut in payment to the PFS.
