Take action today in support of the Collegiate Freedom of Association Act
We must act now to protect student choice and preserve the right for students to join fraternities and sororities.

As you know, fraternities and sororities create a special community of support that provides over 800,000 undergraduate students with unique opportunities to lead, grow, and become involved in their respective communities, unlike any other student organization. However, there is a growing trend of some institutions of higher education punishing students for being members of fraternities and sororities.

We are asking all students and alumni/alumna to contact your Senators and Representative and ask them to cosponsor the Collegiate Freedom of Association Act (CFAA) which would protect the rights of fraternities and sororities and their members. It would also prohibit institutions from taking adverse actions against students simply for joining a fraternity or sorority.
We ask that you contact your Senators and Representative by either, submitting the e-mail contact form on this page or calling his/her office. If you call, please ask him/her to cosponsor of CFAA. It is imperative we make our voices heard to protect the constitutional freedom of association rights for our current and future student members so that our organizations can continue to exist.
