03/25/25 ACTION ALERT (AZ): Help Us Push Test & Treat Bill Full House Floor Vote!
Last week the Arizona House Health and Human Services Committee advanced legislation that represents an important step forward in improving access to healthcare and ensuring that patients receive timely, high-quality care.

The Arizona Senate recently approved Senate Bill 1214 (SB 1214) to support critical legislation that will permit pharmacists to test and initiate treatment, as appropriate, for common conditions. With your help TODAY, let’s ensure this bill is heard and approved by the full Arizona House of Representatives!

Pharmacists play a unique and vital role in our healthcare system. Every day, we engage with patients where they live, work, and shop – offering frequent and trusted touchpoints within our communities. Through these interactions, we hear firsthand about the needs of our patients and witness the challenges they face in accessing healthcare. SB 1214 would allow us to better meet these needs by empowering pharmacists to expand access to care, particularly for rural and underserved populations.

Please type in your contact information and the letter-writing system will populate a letter to your state representative.
