Meals on Wheels America and National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services Programs (NANASP) sent a joint letter to House Leadership and House Appropriations Committee, as well as a joint letter to Senate Leadership  and Senate Appropriations Committee , calling on Congress to pass clean funding bills to prevent a government shutdown and provide at least $1,284,385,000 for the OAA Nutrition Program in the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies (Labor-HHS-Ed) Appropriations Bill.
