The Coalition to End Social Isolation and Hunger, of which Meals on Wheels America serves as a member of the Steering Committee, sent a letter to House and Senate leadership urging critical legislative reforms that would address the burgeoning crisis of social isolation and loneliness in the U.S. ensuring all Americans have the opportunities and supports necessary to be socially engaged in society that benefits us all. This letter coincides with Global Loneliness Awareness Week.
