Meals on Wheels America submitted public stakeholder comments in response to the Administration for Community Living’s (ACL) Request for Information (RFI) regarding Older Americans Act (OAA) regulations with recommendations to modernize and update them to better reflect the law as currently authorized and the reality of the experiences of the people who receive OAA services.
