OPPOSE SB 42- Cannabis Use While Driving
SB 42 - Curtis Tarver (D) - House sponsor: Prohibits law enforcement from stopping and inspecting a car based on the odor of cannabis; removes the requirement of storing cannabis in an odor-proof container. This will put more intoxicated drivers on the road, increasing the potential of more accidents and fatalities. 

It passed in the senate and has moved to the house chamber. Ask your state representative to OPPOSE SB 42.
