HR 700 Calls for Caps on THC Levels
HR 700 is a resolution calling for caps on THC levels in retail marijuana. Recreational marijuana was legalized in 2019.

Some lawmakers have filed bills during every session since 2019 that would continue to expand the marijuana industry, at the expense of families.

The marijuana of the 60's and 70's was at 1-3%. Today's marijuana is at 18-23% on average and has been found with even higher THC levels. Concentrates are upward of 90-95%.

It's well documented that higher THC concentrations are associated with severe mental illnesses.

Please urge your state representative to co-sponsor/support House Resolution 700.
