HB 1269 - Rep. John Cabello (R ): Requires parental permission before a student under 18 can participate in a self-report survey that may ask and reveal personal, protected information. Also requires the school to allow the parent to review the questions to be asked. 

Urge your state rep to support HB 1269 if it passes out of committee.
