Pass the "Ending Chemical Abortions Act of 2025"
In Washington D.C., Congressman Andy Ogles (R-TN) has sponsored H.R. 629, the Ending Chemical Abortions Act of 2025. It currently has 20 co-sponsors.

According to the Guttmacher Institute, chemical abortions now account for 63% of all abortions. This federal legislation would block the use of chemical abortions, which have four times the rate of injury and ten times the death rate of surgical abortions.

The proposal also stipulates that a woman who is a victim of a chemical abortion may not be prosecuted criminally.
