Never before in our history has society allowed & encouraged children to permanently alter their healthy bodies by means of puberty blockers, hormone therapy & surgery. This is child abuse. But because it's actually happening at an alarming rate, U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has introduced H.R. 1399, the Protect Children's Innocence Act, which currently has 43 co-sponsors in the U.S. House.
If passed, H.R. 1399 will do the following:
- Charge any person who knowingly performed gender-affirming care on a minor with a Class C Felony
- Prohibit all taxpayer-funded gender-affirming care.
- Prohibit educational institutions from providing instruction on gender-affirming care.
- Deem aliens who have performed gender-affirming care on a minor as ineligible to receive visas or be admitted to the United States.
