Thank you for letting Gov. Pritzker know that your strongly disapprove of his proclamation celebrating the abortion of innocent human beings in the womb. It is imperative that he catches some heat for this flagrant pandering to his political base.

More importantly, as Christians, we have a duty to let our elected officials know when they are acting contrary to the Word of God and His standards. We can do this in a way that is winsome and bold at the same time, and then submit it in prayer to Almighty God. Only He can turn the heart of the king, and only He can convict hearts that have been seared by Satan.

Please pray fervently that God will work in the lives of our political officials and their staff members -- especially about the sanctity of life. Pray that they will not ignore the promptings of the Holy Spirit, but would rather do what is good, right and life-affirming when they have the opportunity to act.
