State lawmakers are not going to fix what’s wrong with education by forcing kids to start school a year earlier. HB 3143 will only expand government further into family's lives by mandating kindergarten for their young children, giving the government indoctrination centers another year with your child. 

There is no reason for the government to usurp the God-given authority of parents to direct the upbringing of their children. Parents are best suited to decide when their children are socially, emotionally, and cognitively ready for formal education.

Stand up for parental rights! Urge your State Representative to reject HB 3143.
