Welcome to the HACU Advocacy Center!

The Advocacy Center has been developed by the HACU Government Relations team to assist advocates and other stakeholders to make their voices be heard on the most important public policy issues impacting Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and other HACU member colleges and universities.

The Advocacy Center easily allows its users to be heard in Washington, DC by providing the necessary resources to communicate with lawmakers and their staffs.

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, founded in 1986, represents more than 500 colleges and universities in the United States, Latin America, Spain, and school districts throughout the U.S. HACU programs and services are available to all students, faculty, and staff at HACU-member institutions. The Association’s headquarters are in San Antonio, Texas, with regional offices in Washington, D.C., Sacramento, California and Chicago, Illinois.
