Support Tort Reform
Georgia’s broken legal system hurts all of us. Higher insurance premiums, endless legal ads, fewer jobs.  That’s the cost of our out-of-control litigation climate. In fact, Georgia was recently named as the worst “judicial hellhole” of all 50 states! We deserve better.

Thankfully, Governor Brian Kemp has made tort reform his top priority during this year’s legislative session. There’s a real chance to pass common-sense reforms that will bring fairness back into our civil justice system and grow our economy, but it won’t be easy.

While those who oppose these even-handed proposals might have lots of lobbyist firepower, we have you.

Simply complete this form to generate an email to your Senator and Representative.  While there is some sample language ready to use, it is much more impactful if you take a few minutes to personalize the message and let them know how Georgia’s legal climate has impacted you.

Has it been harder or more expensive to find insurance?  Maybe your business has put off hiring or expanding because of potential lawsuits?  Have you been the victim of a frivolous lawsuit?  If so, sharing those details with your elected representatives could have a major impact as they debate this issue at the Capitol.

Thank you for being part of this movement to bring fairness back to Georgia’s legal system!
