2023 Legislative Session Sine Die

 Today, the Florida Senate and Florida House of Representatives adjourned their respective chambers after the 60-day Legislative Session and the successful passage of the Constitutionally required balanced budget. 

In the coming days, Governor DeSantis will be presented with legislation and the 2023-2024 State of Florida budget to review and take action.  Once he has completed his actions, we will provide a final update on FGCU’s budget outcomes.
