Governor DeSantis Receives Budget From Legislature

Today, Governor Ron DeSantis was presented with the fiscal year 2022-2023 State of Florida budget.
Per Florida’s Constitution, he has fifteen days from the date he has been presented the budget to complete his review and execute his veto authority. Therefore, he has until Friday, June 17 to act.
