The Biden Administration has finalized a new Title IX regulation that rewrites the meaning of "sex" under federal civil rights law to include "gender identity".  Learn more about the impact of Biden's changes to Title IX which take effect on August 1, 2024. 

Congress passed Title IX to ensure students have equal opportunities in education and athletics on the basis of sex, male and female.  Congress has never redefined sex under Title IX as "gender identity", allowing males to self-identify as girls and steal female opportunities.     

Biden's Title IX Rule is an illegitimate overreach of executive power mandating a destructive transgender ideology in our schools. 

Under a law called the Congressional Review Act (CRA), Congress has authority to review new regulations and can vote to stop them from taking effect.  

Please urge your members of Congress to support the Title IX CRA (H.J. Res. 165) blocking Biden's radical Title IX Rule.
